DESIGN YOUR HOME
You can choose from our RTM spec plans and inquire about potential design changes, or tell us about your ideal home plan. We’ll help you find the best ways to make your home your own.
BUILD YOUR HOME
Once we’ve settled on an RTM design, we’ll begin construction on your brand-new RTM. Total build time is approximately 5 months. Since we build your home off-site, foundation work can be done simultaneously while you wait.
MOVE YOUR HOME
Once your home is built, it’s ready to be moved! Homes By Design will hire a moving company to transport your home and find trusted local contractors to install it.
